Recipe: Wolf Lane Aviation

Wolf Lane Distillery in Cairns has just recently opened their own bar, a first for the city. The modest back bar showcases what the distillery can offer, with cocktails featuring Wolf Lane products in signature serves that make the spirits shine.

One of these is the Wolf Lane Aviation, a purple hued concoction which uses their Tropical Gin, full of local botanicals.

Wolf Lane Aviation

Ingredients:

60ml Wolf Lane Tropical Gin
7.5ml Maraschino liqueur
7.5ml Creme de Violette
15ml Fresh lemon juice
Lemon peel to garnish

Directions:

Shake all ingredients with ice
Double strain into a martini glass or cocktail coupe
Garnish with lemon peel
