Recipe: Two thirds of a Negroni

Fresh from winning a Gold medal at the IWSC, here’s a recipe from The West Winds, using its Wild Plum Gin.

RECIPE

Ingredients:

30ml The West Winds Wild Plum Gin
30ml Campari

Directions:

Add all to a mixing glass with ice.
Stir until chilled.
Pour into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with dried citrus or stone fruits.
