Recipe: The Marrakesh

This refreshing cocktail comes from The Botanica Vaucluse and is inspired by the Moroccan city of the same name. It heroes the flavours of rose and lime, pairing great with the seasonal menu and lush garden oasis setting of The Botanica.

The Marrakesh

Ingredients:


  • 50ml Vodka
  • 20ml Rose syrup
  • 30ml Lime juice
  • Dash aromatic bitters
  • Dash egg white
  • Rosebud to garnish

Directions:


  1. Dry shake all ingredients in a shaker
  2. Add ice and quickly shake again
  3. Fine strain into a coupette glass and garnish with a rosebud
