Recipe – Seadrift Stingray

Seadrift Classic is made in traditional copper stills with freshly cut and locally sourced botanical ingredients, including seaweed foraged from Mona Vale Beach.

RECIPE

Ingredients:


  • 60ml Seadrift Classic
  • 30ml lime juice
  • 15ml cane sugar syrup
  • 8 mint leaves
  • Top with ginger beer

Directions:


  1. Add lime, mint and sugar syrup to a glass
  2. Muddle to combine
  3. Add Seadrift Classic
  4. Add ice and ginger beer
  5. Garnish with mint & coriander
