Recipe: Love Potion

Late last year, Southern Comfort brought a taste of the Big Easy to Melbourne, flying out a range of New Orleans hospitality’s best. Over the course of a weekend, the group could be found at a series of consumer and industry events, creating New Orleans inspired food and cocktails to the sound of jazz. Here’s one of their cocktail creations.

Love Potion

Ingredients:

45ml Southern Comfort
7ml Love Potion syrup (made from apple, cinnamon, rosemary, thyme, basil, sugar and water)
14 Drops orange bitters
14 Drops Bittermen’s Mole bitters
Rosemary sprig to garnish

Directions:

Add all ingredients in a double old fashion glass with ice
Stir
Garnish to serve
