Cocktail Menu: Mae Mabel’s Emerald

Inspired by the Emerald Isle, this is a modern take on a classic Irish whiskey cocktail from Wollongong bar Mae Mabel.

Emerald

Ingredients:


  • 60ml Jameson Black Barrel
  • 15ml sweet vermouth (preferably Antica Formula)
  • 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Directions:


  1. Add the ingredients to a mixing glass
  2. Add ice and stir vigorously for 12 seconds
  3. Fine strain into a chilled Nic and Nora glass
  4. Garnish with orange rind and a Luxardo cherry
