Cocktail Menu: Helles Refreshing

An interesting beer cocktail from the team at the new Molly Rose brewery bar, which showcases the brand’s exciting flavours.

Helles Refreshing

Ingredients:

30ml Mezcal
30ml Marionette apricot brandy
30ml lime juice
Mandarin Radler (to top)

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients apart from Radler in a shaker.
Shake with ice and strain into a salt ripped Collins glass.
Top with Mandarin Radler.
