Cocktail Menu: Anison Mojito

Created by Victoria-based distillery Macedon Distillery, the ouzo-style Anison spirit has been designed specifically for cocktails.

“Experimenting with herbal liqueurs, herb-infused cordials, or a refreshing mojito opens up a world of possibilities,” said co-founder Jim Koutsougeras.

Anison Mojito

Ingredients:

60mL Anison
30mL lime juice
Mint
120mL Soda Water
15mL Sugar Syrup

Directions:

In a Collins glass, muddle mint with sugar syrup and lime juice
Shake Anison with ice and pour into glass
Top with soda and garnish with mint
