Recipe: The Gloom Lifter

A classic with an Irish twist, creating the perfect balance of sweet and dry, from Bushmills ambassador Andy Ratcliff.

RECIPE

Ingredients:

40 ml Bushmills Black Bush
20 ml Lemon Juice
20 ml Raspberry Syrup
10 ml Cognac
dash Egg White

Directions:

Shake all ingredients first without ice, and then with ice.
Double strain into a chilled coupette.
