Kings Cross Distillery Aalto Martini

Recipe: Aalto Martini

Ingredients:


  • KXG Australian Classic Dry Gin (60 ml)
  • Dry vermouth rinse
  • Slice of preserved lemon peel

Directions:


  1. Chill 60ml of the KXG Australian Classic Dry Gin in a mixing glass full of ice. Stir gently.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass that has first been rinsed with a few drops of dry vermouth.
  3. Garnish with a citrus twist and serve.
